To all Central Dental Care patients,
Central Dental Care has resumed regular business hours: Monday through Thursday from 9am - 5pm, for emergency patients a this time. This is solely for any urgent or emergency care to address needs such as: broken teeth, loose crowns or bridges, tooth pain, gum pain, oral swelling, and any issues with temporary crowns or bridges. If you have an issue with your temporary crown and/or bridge, we will see you to fix the issue or deliver your final crown or bridge if we have it in our office.
If you have a large swelling, difficulty with opening your mouth or difficulty swallowing, please visit a local emergency room as soon as possible.
If you would like to be seen for emergency care, please call our emergency line at (209) 597-8407.
If you have a fever, cough, chills, sneeze, difficulty breathing, flu-like symptoms, have recently traveled to a high-risk area, or if you have been exposed to ANYONE who has the above mentioned conditions, please let us know and reschedule your appointment.
EVERYONE who enters and exits our office will be asked to use HAND SANITIZER and/or wash their hands. You will see plenty of soap and disposable hand towels in our bathrooms as well as hand sanitizer in the operatories and waiting area.
We have always wiped down hard surfaces, and highly-touched areas in our office, but we will do this more frequently. This will include door handles, doors, counter tops, furniture, writing materials, and restroom fixtures.
We have removed all the books and magazines to also minimize contamination surfaces.
We encourage you to come alone or bring only essential family members to your appointment. This includes leaving siblings of patients at home if they are not receiving care as well.
Our team members have been instructed to stay home if they have any symptoms.
Thank you for understanding our concern for this situation. The situation is changing everyday and we may need to make changes to these dates moving forward, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. We strive to provide you with the best dental treatment that is safe and enjoyable.
